Awards & Events
Chairperson - George Edwards, CRA, CKBA, GCP

Responsible for the review and administration of the awards programs including rules, regulations, criteria, judging and promotion of this event as well as the annual golf outing.

Bylaws / Ethics
Chairperson - Lino Carosella, CR, CKBR, GCP

Responsible for reviewing the Bylaws & Policy Manual, recommending to the Board any necessary amendments, writing and distributing the Manual to each member along with changes as they occur.  Also responsible for updating the NARI Grievance Procedures as received from NARI National and upholding the ethical standards of the association.

Education
Chairperson - Dave Taraborelli, CR, CKBR

Responsible for administration of the NARI education and certification programs, including specifying requirements, setting fees, monitoring progress and marketing/promotion of the programs.

Finance
Chairperson - Lino Carosella, CR, CKBR, GCP

Responsible for the monitoring of the annual budget, regular (currently monthly) reports to the Board on our finances.  Also responsible for recommending sound investments to the Board.  The Budget Committee is a sub-committee.           

Government Affairs

Responsible for recommending national policy on legislative and regulatory issues, increasing member involvement in legislative process and monitoring and communicating state issues.

Marketing and Communications

Responsible for developing programs to promote DelChester NARI and the remodeling industry to the media, consumers and within the industry.        

Membership

Responsible for developing and coordinating membership recruitment programs, formulating membership growth and retention goals and objectives.

Programming

Responsible for making initial contact and providing program ideas for all meeting venues and topics.

Strategic Planning and Research

Responsible for developing comprehensive statistics on the remodeling industry and for preparing and monitoring a strategic plan for DelChester NARI.
